I am a residential real estate broker, web developer, and writer with a passion for typography. Three fields that, at first glance, may seem unrelated — yet for me, they are driven by the same obsession: precision.
I began developing websites in 1994, at a time when everything was still being invented. In 2004, I founded xMac info, a space dedicated to digital technology, innovation, and technical reflection. Since 2005, Drupal has been my platform of choice. I enjoy building systems that are solid, structured, and scalable — architectures designed to endure.
In 2019, I obtained my residential real estate broker’s licence. Real estate attracted me for the same reasons as development: rigour, analysis, and strategy. Buying or selling a property is also about structure, careful reading, and a nuanced understanding of detail.
Since my first computer, I have been interested in French typographic rules. Thin spaces, quotation marks, visual rhythm — these invisible details shape the quality of a text, just as the quality of code or a real estate transaction depends on what is not always immediately visible.
Blier.com acts as a portal, with real estate as the priority, but also featuring web projects, writing, and personal initiatives. This site simply reflects what I have always done: build, structure, and clarify.
